What to Expect

What to expect from your Emotion code session

What is the Emotion Code?

It is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and literally release trapped emotions, which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions can cause depression, and anxiety, they can block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. And because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues, and can cause acute pain and even cancer. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal, so physical and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable.

I am certified as a Emotion Code practitioner.

What is the Body Code?

It is a continuation of The Emotion Code. I use The Body Code in my sessions while working on certification for it.

Safety

The Emotion Code and Body Code are completely safe, gentle, effective and non-invasive. The only side effect is what you may experience during the few days of processing (see below) after your session. You do not relive emotions or events during the session. This makes it much more effective than therapy. Instead of talking over an emotional issue that you have with a therapist (for, who knows how many sessions), the emotions are identified and within seconds removed.

Clearing versus healing

The Emotion Code or Body Code do not heal your body, they clear away negative energy and imbalances that were keeping your body from healing. They create the conditions in your body that allows your body to heal itself.

How much can be accomplished during a session?

It all depends on you. Your subconscious will let us clear as much as it can handle. The more consciously open you are to healing the more we can accomplish.

Also, I need to know very little about your situations, so very little talking is required.  The less talking that we do, the more time I can spend on clearing energies for you.

Processing

After your session, your subconscious will need time to process what was cleared. This processing usually last two or three days, but sometimes as many as five. Everyone is different and has different processing experiences. Some people experience nothing, except that they feel better. Some people do experience a difference in feeling. These differences can range from feeling tired for a day or two, to flu symptoms, to feelings of the emotions that were released. This may seem like a hindrance, but remember it is a healing response and that is a very good thing. While you are processing, you are healing. One very important thing to do is take it easy on yourself, the more you rest, the more your body can use its energy to heal and the faster you may process.

In person vs. remote

The Emotion Code can be done in person or remotely. I have worked on People from around the world. It is very effective. Energy knows no distance.

Results

I have seen immediate results on issues that clients have had for years with no success with other modalities including conventional medicine. Some issues take a few more sessions. With the deeper issues, it takes a while for the body to clear and heal what it needs to.

Are the results permanent?

When a trapped emotion or imbalance is released it is gone forever. However as we go through life, we may trap more that can have the same effect as the one that was released. I can show you ways to help guard against this.

When we have gone further than the Emotion code, using the body code to tackle larger problems often you will find great relief from the problem but in a few weeks the problem may arise again. This is almost always at a much less degree than what the problem was before. What is happening is, more emotions are coming to the surface and need to be cleared. Doing another session to clear more brings relief again. This cycle is necessary until the issue is 100% cleared. Food allergies are a very good example of this.
